Who we are

Our names are Clive & Carolyn Buttimer. We farm near Clonakilty Co. Cork and we produce top quality, sustainable, Angus and Hereford beef with an exceptionally low carbon footprint. There are three generations of our family living on the farm. It’s our home, our heritage and our future; that’s why we do our best to look after it.

We believe our planet is precious. We look after it by giving our time, energy, and money to conserve it.
We believe food should be delicious and produced to the very highest standards.
We believe that family farms and local businesses should be supported. They are the fabric of our community.

Our farm is just outside Clonakilty in West Cork. We aim to produce fantastic beef while protecting and enhancing the environment. We are a mixed farm. This means we have a mix of grass for cattle to graze and tillage crops such as barley, wheat and fodder beet. These crops provide us with all our winter feed.
